What you get

What you pay
A one-time setup fee, equal to 50% of your monthly rate, covers onboarding and the processing of the documents you upload.
Your first month is 35% off the regular rate. From month two onward you pay the regular monthly rate.

How plan placement works
Units are the primary sizing factor; community (HOA) count is secondary. Your plan is the lowest tier you fit on both the community count and the unit cap. If your portfolio exceeds either the HOA count or the unit cap for a tier, you move up to the next tier that accommodates both. Portfolios that exceed 150 communities or 25,000 units on either measure are served by Enterprise.
